1Introduction

To register and maintain an active Account on hwgslot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

4Registration & KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory before hwgslot processes any withdrawal from your Account. KYC verification requires the submission of:

5Deposits & Withdrawals

hwgslot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30.

Deposit Conditions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• hwgslot does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposit, wherever technically possible.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is approved.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The maximum single withdrawal amount may be subject to limits based on your VIP tier.

6Bonuses & Promotions

hwgslot offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms accompanying each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, typically between 20x and 35x the bonus amount, before they may be withdrawn. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute 10%–20%. Sports bets may have separate contribution rates. Full contribution tables are available in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance).
• Misuse: hwgslot reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend Accounts if it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through collusion, arbitrage betting, or other methods designed to circumvent bonus conditions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will subject the Account to the terms of the most recently claimed bonus.
• Modification: hwgslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date.

Players bear the responsibility of reading and understanding the specific terms attached to each promotion before claiming. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on hwgslot — including slots, live dealer casino, sports betting, lottery, arcade, and poker — are governed by their individual game rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in matters of game-specific outcomes. General Game Conditions:

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hwgslot Platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in game logic, or display errors to gain unintended advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to process funds obtained through unlawful means;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits after using the associated funds for gaming;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hwgslot support staff or other players in any manner;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Account of another player without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that, in hwgslot's reasonable judgment, is intended to circumvent these Terms or to defraud the Platform.

9Account Suspension & Termination

hwgslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Reasonable belief that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Upon Account termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), any bonus funds and associated winnings accrued through fraudulent play may be forfeited. Real-money Player Balance will be returned to the Player after deduction of any outstanding liabilities, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the hwgslot Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, design elements, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of hwgslot or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11Limitation of Liability
